Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns, as all products are custom made to order.
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production. We do not accept cancellations unless the material has not yet been cut.
Defective Products:
If your product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, we will promptly replace it at no charge to you.
If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we will gladly create a new order for you. You will only be charged for the new order after we receive your authorization. Once confirmed, your new item will ship within 48 hours or sooner.
